Nicole Butler
THERAPIST (Denver & Colorado Springs, CO)
Nicole Butler is a social work practitioner who supports adult men navigating emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and identity exploration. She offers a grounded, nonjudgmental space where clients can reconnect with themselves, process long-held patterns, and begin embodying new ways of being. Nicole understands that vulnerability often carries a history of silence for men, and she honors the courage it takes to show up and heal.
Currently pursuing her Master of Social Work online at the University of Oklahoma, Nicole draws on trauma-informed approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, and her experience with Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP) to support clients working through depression, grief, and disconnection. Her work is deeply influenced by earth-based spirituality, which invites a reconnection with the body, land, and cycles of transformation.
Nicole’s holistic lens is shaped by her background in NGO program design, conflict resolution, and peer counseling, along with a postgraduate certificate in world religion and diplomacy from George Mason University. As a step-parent to two adult children, she brings lived experience to her work with family dynamics, aging, and intergenerational healing.
Whether supporting clients through existential questions, relationship challenges, or moments of personal awakening, Nicole meets each person with respect, curiosity, and care.
